fa مرکز چند‌بعدی، عامل پایداری شهر "ارزیابی تحولات مرکز قم در قوام هویت و کارکرد شهر" Multidimensional Core: A Driver of Urban Sustainability Assessing the Transformation of Qom’s City Center in Consolidating Urban Identity and Function تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article این پژوهش با تکیه بر نظریه سازمان فضایی در شهر ایرانی، تلاشی است برای تحلیل تحولات مفهومی و کارکردی مرکز شهر قم در گذر تاریخ. پرسش اصلی تحقیق بر ارزیابی و تحلیل گسست نظام‌مند در ساخت فضایی این مرکز تمرکز دارد؛ گسستی که سازمان ارگانیک و یکپارچه را به ساختاری گسسته در دوران معاصر تبدیل کرده است. از منظر تاریخی، مرکز شهر قم حاصل پیوندی درونی و پویا میان نیروی قدسی حرم مطهر و نظام اجتماعی–اقتصادی بازار بوده است. این پیوند، ساختاری شعاعی و چندعملکردی را شکل داده که کاربری‌های مذهبی، تجاری و اجتماعی را درهم می‌آمیزد و در نتیجه، هویت فضایی و معنایی شهر را به‌عنوان کلیتی واحد تعریف می‌کرد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد تداوم این سازمان فضایی در دو دوره تاریخی دچار گسست شد. نخستین مرحله در دوران پهلوی و با مداخلات مدرنیستی رقم خورد؛ جایی‌که شبکه معابر جدید با منطق هندسی بر کالبد ارگانیک شهر تحمیل شد و نخستین شکاف در پیوستگی مرکز پدید آمد. مرحله دوم پس از انقلاب اسلامی، در بستر گفتمان توسعه زائرمحور و تثبیت آن در ساختار تصمیم‌گیری شهری رخ داد؛ رویکردی که با اولویت‌بخشی به مقیاس فراملی و زیارتی، به جدایی تدریجی هسته تاریخی از متن زندگی روزمره شهروندان انجامید و در نهایت، مقیاس شهری و محلی را تضعیف کرد. نوآوری این تحقیق در تحلیل نظام‌مند روند مذکور از نظر بررسی اسناد، نقشه‌ها و داده‌های کالبدی در شش دوره تاریخی اهمیت دارد؛ تحلیلی که از رویکردهای تک‌بعدی مطالعات پیشین فراتر می‌رود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد، اقدامات توسعه موجب بروز «گسست فضایی–ادراکی»، فرسایش هویت شهری و شکل‌گیری موجودیتی دوگانه در کالبد قم گردیده است؛ شهری که در آن مرکز به فضای تجربه «زائر» افول کرده و پیرامون به عرصه زیست «شهروند» بدل شده است. این مقاله تأکید بر آن دارد که افول مرکز قم صرفاً یک دگرگونی کالبدی نیست، بلکه نشانه بحرانی در سازمان فضایی و ناشناختگی هویتی شهر است. از این‌رو، ضرورت بازتعریف مفهوم «مرکز» به‌عنوان فضایی تعاملی و مشترک میان زائر و شهروند، برای بازیابی ادراک، توازن و پویایی شهری قم مورد تأکید قرار می‌گیرد.   Adopting a framework grounded in the theory of spatial organization of Iranian cities, this study offers a historical–interpretive analysis of the conceptual and functional transformations of Qom’s city center. The central question addresses the systematic disintegration of the spatial structure of the city core, which has transformed it from an organic, historically unified nucleus into a fragmented and dualized configuration in the contemporary period. Historically, Qom’s city center—through its cohesive linkage between the sacred force of the Shrine and the socio‑economic vitality of the bazaar—produced a radial, multifunctional structure that intertwined religious, commercial, and social uses, thereby defining the city’s spatial identity. The study argues that this systemic cohesion was disrupted in two critical stages. The first rupture emerged during the Pahlavi era with modernist interventions and the imposition of a cutting‑through street network, which broke apart the cohesive urban fabric. The second stage, following the Islamic Revolution, saw the dominance of a pilgrimage-oriented development discourse, institutionalized in urban planning documents, which further intensified the fragmentation. By privileging supra‑national and pilgrimage scales, this approach severed the functional and spatial link between the historical core and the everyday life of residents, diminishing both local and citywide scales. The research’s novelty lies in its systemic analysis of these transformations through examination of documents and maps across six historical periods, moving beyond the single‑dimension analyses of prior studies. Findings reveal that this process has generated outcomes such as “spatial–perceptual rupture,” erosion of urban identity, and the emergence of a “dual city,” where the center increasingly functions as a place for the pilgrim while the surrounding areas remain the living domain of the citizen.
