fa راهنمای متقاضیان و دستورکار ثبت باغ در یونسکو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article <table> <tbody> <tr> <td title="تعداد کلمات: 234">باغ‌های ایرانی، با طراحی منظم و عناصر طبیعی و مصنوع، تجلی‌گاه فلسفه زندگی و ارتباط انسان با محیط زیست و نمایانگر ارزش‌های فرهنگی، تاریخی و اجتماعی هستند که باید برای نسل‌های آینده حفظ شوند. حفاظت از میراث ملموس و ناملموس نیازمند روش‌ها و اصول علمی هستند که ثبت آن‌ها در یونسکر اولین گام عملیاتی محسوب می‌شود.<br> این مقاله به ارزیابی معیارهاو شاخص‌های متعدد یونسکو و روند و مستندات لازم برای ثبت باغ‌ها پرداخته و به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در تأیید هویت فرهنگی پرداخته است. با روش پژوهش کیفی (توصیفی-تحلیلی) و با استفاده از روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و اسناد معتبر، به بررسی جایگاه و رویکرد یونسکو نسبت به باغ‌های تاریخی ایران از منظر فرهنگی می‌پردازد و تحلیل‌های دقیقی بر روی اسناد و گزارش‌های مرتبط با ثبت نه باغ تاریخی ایران ارائه می‌دهد.<br> این پژوهش راهکارهایی برای متقاضیان ثبت باغ‌های تاریخی بر اساس اسناد و مدارک باغ‌های موفق تاریخی ایران که قبلاً ثبت شده‌اند، ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین، با استناد به میراث جهانی یونسکو، مؤلفه‌های کلیدی موفقیت در ثبت این میراث ارزشمند تحلیل شده است. در این راستا، نقشه راه و راهنمای متقاضیان ثبت باغ به‌صورت گام به گام ارائه شده است که می‌تواند به‌عنوان مرجعی موثق جهت ثبت باغ‌های تاریخی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این یافته‌ها به تدوین چارچوبی برای معرفی، حفاظت و توسعه باغ‌های تاریخی بر اساس استانداردهای بین‌المللی یونسکو کمک می‌کند. روش حاضر قابل تعمیم به سایر نقاط جهان با شرایط تاریخی و اقلیمی مشابه است.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> The Iranian gardens, with their organized design and natural and artificial elements, serve as manifestations of the philosophy of life and human-environment relations. They reflect cultural, historical, and social values that must be preserved for future generations. Protecting tangible and intangible heritage requires scientific methods and principles, with documentation in UNESCO being the first practical step.<br> This article evaluates the numerous criteria and indicators set by UNESCO, along with the process and documentation required for registration of gardens. It also identifies factors that influence the confirmation of cultural identity. Using a qualitative (descriptive-analytical) research methodology and employing a library-based approach with credible documents, the study examines UNESCO&#39;s stance and approach towards Iran&rsquo;s historic gardens from a cultural perspective. Detailed analyses are provided on documents and reports related to the registration of nine Iranian historic gardens.<br> The research offers strategies for applicants seeking to register historic gardens based on the documents and records of successful Iranian gardens previously registered. Moreover, by referencing UNESCO&rsquo;s World Heritage standards, the key success components in registering this valuable heritage are analyzed. In this regard, a roadmap and step-by-step guide are presented for applicants, which can serve as a reliable reference for registering historic gardens. These findings contribute to developing a framework for the identification, protection, and development of historic gardens in accordance with international UNESCO standards.
