fa احیای سکونتگاه‌های انسانی با رویکرد خدمت چابک (مطالعۀ موردی: روستای تاریخی اصفهک) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">سکونتگاه‌های انسانی، به‌ویژه روستاهای تاریخی، به‌عنوان بستری برای زیست، تعامل و رشد، نقشی اساسی در جوامع پویا، سرزنده و پایدار دارند. بااین‌حال، تجارب گذشته و شیوه‌های سنتی مدیریت در مواجهه با چالش‌های نوین این سکونتگاه‌ها ناکارآمد بوده‌اند. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل کاربست رویکرد &laquo;خدمت چابک&raquo; در احیای روستای تاریخی اصفهک، می‌کوشد به این سؤال اصلی پاسخ دهد که &laquo;چگونه رویکرد چابک می‌تواند احیای سکونتگاه‌ها را به فرایندی زنده، انسان‌محور و مؤثر تبدیل کند؟&raquo;. در مقابل، رویکرد چابک با تأکید بر تعامل مردمی، اقدام تدریجی، پاسخگویی به تغییرات و یادگیری مداوم، فرایند احیا را زنده، پویا و انسانی می‌سازد. از طریق مطالعات میدانی، مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با ساکنین و کارشناسان، مشاهدۀ مستقیم و تحلیل مستندات محلی و گام‌های اسپرینت، نشان داده می‌شود که بهره‌گیری از این روش علاوه‌بر احیای کالبد، به بازآفرینی اجتماعی و فرهنگی نیز منجر می‌شود و سکونتگاهی را شکل می‌دهد که در آن مردم برای تقویت زندگی خود و حل مشکلاتشان تلاش می‌کنند. این رویکرد به‌عنوان راهکاری عملی و اثربخش برای مدیریت سکونتگاه‌های انسانی، به‌ویژه در بافت‌های تاریخی، معرفی می‌شود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:107%">. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">Human settlements, especially historic villages, play a fundamental role in dynamic, vibrant, and sustainable communities, serving as a cradle for living, interaction, and growth. However, past experiences and traditional management methods have proven ineffective in addressing the new challenges faced by these settlements. This research aims to analyze the application of the &quot;agile service&quot; approach in the revitalization of the historic village of Esfahak, seeking to answer the main question: &quot;How can the agile approach transform the revitalization of settlements into a living, human-centered, and effective process?&quot; In contrast to traditional methods, the agile approach, by emphasizing public interaction, incremental action, responsiveness to change, and continuous learning, makes the revitalization process lively, dynamic, and human. Through field studies, semi-structured interviews with residents and experts, direct observation, and analysis of local documents and sprint steps, it is demonstrated that utilizing this method not only leads to physical revitalization but also social and cultural regeneration, shaping a settlement where people strive to enhance their lives and solve their problems.
