fa چارچوبی یکپارچه برای توسعه پایدار بافت‌های تاریخی شهر: مروری بر ترکیب نحو فضا و رویکرد بصری در ارزیابی تأثیرات میراث فرهنگی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span aptos=""><span b="" nazanin="">مناطق شهری دارای بافت تاریخی و فرهنگی با چالش پیچیدۀ برقراری تعادل میان ضرورت‌ حفاظت از بافت و نیازهای توسعۀ شهری معاصر مواجه هستند. این پژوهش به بررسی این موضوع می‌پردازد و با ارائۀ یک چارچوب نظری، ارزیابی پایدار شهری در بافت شهرهای تاریخی پیشنهاد می‌کند. محور اصلی بحث، رویکردی است که تکنیک نحو فضایی را با فرایند ارزیابی تأثیرات میراث فرهنگی ترکیب می‌کند. این پژوهش با بررسی سیستماتیک 58 مقالۀ علمی، سه حوزۀ تحلیل نحو فضایی، بافت تاریخی شهری و روش رویکرد بصری را پوشش می‌دهد. این بررسی مبنایی برای ایجاد یک چارچوب مفهومی با چهار مرحلۀ کلیدی فراهم می‌کند: جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، روش رویکرد بصری، مدل‌سازی سه‌بُعدی و ارزیابی تأثیرات میراث فرهنگی. از طریق ترکیب دقیق و نظام‌مند، به ارائۀ یک رویکرد یکپارچه برای مدیریت میراث شهری و توسعۀ پایدار شهری کمک می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان‌دهندۀ ارزش این چارچوب به‌عنوان ابزاری برای ایجاد تعادل بین حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی و نیازهای شهری مدرن امروزی است. این رویکرد می‌تواند برای برنامه‌ریزان شهری، تصمیم‌گیرندگان مفید واقع شود. این پژوهش با ارائۀ یک چارچوب انعطاف‌پذیر و کاربردی، به پرکردن شکاف بین ضرورت‌های حفظ میراث فرهنگی و نیازهای توسعۀ شهری کمک و آینده‌ای را ترسیم می‌کند که در آن مناطق شهری تاریخی، به‌عنوان مراکز پویا، پایدار و دارای اهمیت فرهنگی، شکوفا شوند و همچون گذشته بر شکل‌گیری مناظر شهری حال و آینده ادامه دهند. پژوهش‌های آینده می‌توانند بر بهبود و اجرای این چارچوب در شهرهای تاریخی مختلف متمرکز شوند و همچنین ابعاد اجتماعی و فرهنگی حفاظت از میراث و پایداری شهری را بیشتر بررسی کنند.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span new="" roman="" times="">Historic urban areas, characterized by their rich cultural heritage, face the complex challenge of striking a balance between the imperative of conservation and the demands of contemporary urban development. This research addresses this issue by proposing a theoretical framework for the sustainable assessment of historic urban environments. The core of this framework is an approach that integrates the Space Syntax methodology with the Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) process. Through a systematic review of 58 scholarly articles, this research encompasses three key domains: Space Syntax analysis, the historic urban fabric, and visual analysis methods. This review forms the foundation for a conceptual framework comprising four key stages: (1) Data Collection, (2) Visual Analysis, (3) 3D Modeling, and (4) Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA). Through this meticulous and systematic integration, the study contributes to the formulation of an integrated approach to urban heritage management and sustainable urban development. The findings highlight the framework&rsquo;s value as a tool for reconciling heritage conservation with the demands of contemporary urban development. This approach can be highly beneficial for urban planners, policymakers, and heritage managers. By providing a flexible and practical framework, this study helps to bridge the gap between the imperatives of heritage conservation and the necessities of urban growth. It envisions a future where historic urban areas can thrive as vibrant, sustainable, and culturally significant hubs, continuing to shape present and future urban landscapes.
