fa گردشگری سرمایه‌داری؛ از یک فرصت برای توسعه تا یک تهدید (واکاوی نسبت گردشگری سرمایه‌داری با مکان و جامعۀ محلی، نمونه موردی: دهکدۀ گردشگری گهرپارک سیرجان) Capitalist tourism; from a chance for development to a threat (Analysis of the ratio capitalist tourism to place and locsl community; case example: Goharpark, tourism village of Sirjan) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article بیان مسئله: دهکده تفریحی و گردشگری گهرپارک سیرجان، بزرگترین دهکدۀ گردشگری خاورمیانه، متشکل از انواع کاربری‌های تفریحی، اقامتی، ورزشی و خدماتی با چشم‌انداز حرکت سیرجان به سمت توسعۀ پایدار طراحی شده است. گل‌گهر در جایگاه منبع سرمایه‌داری در این پروژه به عنوان یک ظرفیت و پتانسیل برای توسعه باید باشد و طراحی پارک با این وسعت و عملکرد باید فرصتی برای ارتقای زیست باشد اما مشاهده و واکاوی کیفیت پارک، فراتر از کمیت آن گویای مغایرت‌های این طرح با آرمان‌های توسعۀ پایدار و از طرفی عدم تناسب با شهر کارگری سیرجان است و به دنبال آن تهدیدی برای سرزمین سیرجان به‌مثابۀ یک مکان است. اهداف پژوهش: در این پژوهش در وهلۀ اول تلاش می‌شود که با وجود سرمایه‌گذاری گل‌گهر به عنوان یک فرصت در ارتقای گردشگری، گهرپارک با اتخاذ نگاهی عادلانه آسیب‌شناسی شود و در وهلۀ دوم با نگاهی کل‌نگر چرایی اتخاذ چنین طرحی از سوی مدیران واکاوی شود و در وهلۀ بعد تأثیر این تصمیمات گهرپارک بر جامعۀ محلی واکاوی شود و در نهایت نسبت گردشگری سرمایه‌داری با مکان و جامعۀ محلی واکاوی شود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش، پژوهشی توصیفی-تحلیلی است که با تکیه بر مشاهدۀ میدانی-اکتشافی و کتابخانه‌ای با اتخاذ رویکرد پیاده‌روی (به‌عنوان روشی ویژه برای پژوهش منظر) به بررسی موضوع پرداخته است. نتیجه‌گیری: آسیب‌شناسی گهرپارک، در ابعاد مختلف (سطح برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریتی، سطح عملیاتی و ادراکی، سطح ادارکی و معنایی)، به دلیل عدم وجود نگاه چندجانبه و فهم ویژگی‌های سیرجان به عنوان یک سرزمین، نه صرفاً زمینی برای تفریح، توسعه‌ای مکان‌مند تلقی نمی‌شود. بررسی چرایی انتخاب گهرپارک از طرف مدیران گویای این امر است که به صورت کلی تصمیم بر توسعۀ گردشگری با هدف توسعۀ پایدار شهری که در خدمت یک صنعت است، اقدامی ارزشمند است اما عدم وجود نگاه مکان‌مند در چرایی اتخاذ این تصمیم و صرفاً اکتفا به اتخاذ طرحی نمادین، برای نیل به اهداف توسعه‌ای غیرمکان‌مند تلقی می‌شود. بررسی نسبت گهرپارک با جامعۀ محلی این امر را نشان می‌دهد که شاید گهرپارک در وهلۀ اول با «برترین» صفات ارتقای منزلت ذهنی جامعۀ محلی را در پی داشته باشد اما واکاوی آن در حوزه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فضایی گویای متمحل شدن فشارهایی در طولانی مدت و در واقع مغفول ماندن حضور جامعۀ محلی در طرح است. گردشگری سرمایه داری به سبب پتاسیل های سرمایه دار میتواند یک فرصت برای ارتقای زیست و موتور رشد باشد اما نیازمند اتخاذ رویکردی همه‌جانبه است که عدم اتخاذ چنین رویکردی به‌جای ارتقای کیفیت زیست، تخریب مکان و تضعیف جامعۀ محلی را در پی خواهد داشت. Problem statement: Recreational and tourism village of Goharpark in sirjan , largest village of tourism in the middle east , composed of types of recreational , residential , sports and services with sirjan 's view toward sustainable development. Golgohar in this project as a resource and potential for development should be a capacity and potential for development and park design with this extent and function should be an opportunity to promote life , but observation and analysis of the quality of the park , beyond its quantity , shows the disparities of this plan with the ideals of sustainable development and the lack of proportion to Sirjan's territory as a place. Research objectives: In this research , firstly , it is attempted that in spite of gol- gohar investment as an opportunity to promote tourism , to pathology Goharpark by taking a fair look and in the second stage, is examined with the holistic view of why such a plan should be adopted by the managers and th next stage the impact of these decisions on the local community will be analyzed and finally, the ratio of capitalism to place and local community is analyzed. Research method: This research is a descriptive - analytical research which is based on observation - exploratory and library observation by taking walk approach ( as a special method for landscape research). Conclusion: pathology of Goharpark , in different dimensions ( level of planning and management, level of operational level and cognitive, level of conceptual and semantic ), because of the absence of multilateral view and understanding of sirjan 's characteristics as a territory, not merely a ground for recreation, isn’t place-based development. The study of why managers choose from managers indicates that in general, the decision to develop tourism with the aim of sustainable urban development in the service of an industry is a valuable action however , the lack of a meaningful look at the reason why this decision is taken and merely taking a symbolic design is considered to achieve developmental goals, isn’t place-based development. the study of the proportion of Goharpark with the local community shows that perhaps goharpark primarily with the “best" attributes the improvement of the mental status of the local community but its analysis in the economic , social and spatial areas indicates that pressures in the long run and in fact the absence of local community in the design. Capitalist tourism due to its potentials is an opportunity to promote the life and engine of growth , but it needs a comprehensive approach that will result in the failure to adopt such an approach rather than promoting the quality of life, destruction of place and weakening of local community.   گردشگری سرمایه‌داری، مکان، توسعۀ مکان‌مند، جامعۀ محلی، سیرجان.
