fa ارائه مدل پیشنهادی برای ثبت جهانی باغ‌های تاریخی بر اساس تحلیل تطبیقی پرونده‌های ثبت‌شده در یونسکو A Proposed Model for the World Heritage Nomination of Historic Gardens Based on a Comparative Analysis of UNESCO-Inscribed Dossiers تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article باغ ایرانی به‌عنوان یکی از کهن‌ترین نمونه‌های منظر فرهنگی جهان، تجلی ترکیبی از هندسۀ هوشمندانه، مهندسی پیچیدۀ آب، لایه‌های عمیق فرهنگی و سازگاری پیشرفته با اقلیم‌های متنوع ایران است. با وجود ارائه دستورالعمل‌های کلی در اسناد یونسکو، فرایند تدوین پروندۀ ثبت جهانی باغ‌های تاریخی کشور همچنان با چالش‌هایی همچون ناهماهنگی در مستندسازی، ضعف در تحلیل ارزش جهانی برجسته (OUV)، نبود چارچوب مدیریتی منسجم، تفاوت سطح حفاظت در باغ‌ها و تهدیدهای محیطی و شهری مواجه است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و بر پایه مطالعه اسنادی، تحلیل تطبیقی و تحلیل مضمون، پروندۀ رسمی ثبت جهانی  ۹ باغ ایرانی  و گزارش ارزیابی ایکوموس در سال 2011 میلادی را بررسی می‌کند تا الگوی مشترک موفقیت این مجموعه و دلایل چالش‌های ثبت آن‌ها را استخراج کند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شاکلۀ اصلی موفقیت باغ‌های ایرانی در تبیین چهار محور بنیادین نهفته بوده است: (1) مستندسازی دقیق نظام آب، هندسه و ساختار فضایی، (2) تحلیل و تبیین روشن معیارهای فرهنگی C(i)–C(vi)، (3) بازشناسی رابطۀ باغ با بستر شهری و منظر سرزمینی و (4) ارائۀ برنامۀ مدیریت و حفاظت یکپارچه. بر مبنای این یافته‌ها، پژوهش حاضر یک «مدل بومی و کاربردی» برای تدوین پروندۀ نامزدی ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند شکاف موجود میان راهنمای کلی یونسکو و شرایط خاص باغ‌های ایرانی را برطرف سازد. این مدل با استانداردسازی مستندسازی، تقویت استدلال OUV، تلفیق دانش اکولوژیک و تاریخی، و ارائۀ الگوی مدیریتی منسجم، مسیر تهیۀ پرونده‌های جدید ثبت جهانی را کارآمدتر کرده و شانس موفقیت آثار تاریخی ایران را افزایش می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر با ارائۀ چارچوبی منسجم و مبتنی‌بر تجربۀ واقعی ۹ باغ ایرانی، گامی مؤثر در جهت ارتقای فرآیند حفاظت، مدیریت و ثبت جهانی باغ‌های تاریخی ایران برمی‌دارد. The Persian Garden, as one of the oldest examples of cultural landscapes in the world, represents a sophisticated synthesis of intelligent geometry, complex water-engineering systems, deep cultural layers, and advanced adaptation to Iran’s diverse climatic conditions. Despite the existence of general guidelines in UNESCO documents, the preparation of World Heritage nomination dossiers for Iran’s historic gardens continues to face significant challenges, including inconsistencies in documentation, weaknesses in the articulation of Outstanding Universal Value (OUV), the absence of a coherent management framework, uneven levels of protection among gardens, and increasing environmental and urban pressures. Adopting a qualitative research approach based on documentary analysis, comparative analysis, and thematic analysis, this study examines the official World Heritage nomination dossier of the nine Persian gardens (UNESCO Nomination File 1372) alongside the ICOMOS evaluation report (2011) to identify shared success patterns and the underlying causes of nomination challenges. The findings reveal that the core factors contributing to the successful inscription of Persian gardens are rooted in four fundamental pillars: (1) precise documentation of water systems, geometry, and spatial structure; (2) clear analysis and justification of cultural criteria C(i)–C(vi); (3) recognition of the relationship between the garden, the urban context, and the broader territorial landscape; and (4) the provision of an integrated management and conservation plan. Based on these findings, the present research proposes a context-specific and operational model for the preparation of nomination dossiers capable of bridging the gap between UNESCO’s general guidelines and the specific conditions of Persian historic gardens. By standardizing documentation, strengthening OUV argumentation, integrating ecological and historical knowledge, and proposing a coherent management framework, this model enhances the efficiency of preparing new World Heritage nomination dossiers and increases the likelihood of successful inscription for Iran’s historic properties.
