fa توسعه گردشگری مکان‌محور و نسبت آن با معدن، جامعه محلی و سازمان فضایی در شهر سیرجان Place-Based Tourism Development and Its Relationship with Mining, Local Community, and Spatial Organization in the City of Sirjan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Research Article توسعه صنعتی و معدنی در شهرهای منبعمحور، اغلب سازمان فضایی و هویت مکانی تاریخی این شهرها را دستخوش تحول میکند. شهر سیرجان، با سابقه تاریخی به عنوان گرهگاه کاروانی و ساختاری مکانمحور مبتنی بر محور بازار، از دهه 70 شمسی با ورود مجموعه صنعتی و معدنی گلگهر وارد دوران تازهای از رشد جمعیتی ناگهانی شد. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین توسعه معدن در تحول سازمان فضایی و مطالبات جامعه محلی سیرجان، و ارائه چارچوبی برای برنامهریزی گردشگری مکانمحور، به این پرسش میپردازد که توسعه مکانمحور چگونه میتواند بر برنامهریزی گردشگری اثر بگذارد. دادهها با روش ترکیبی مطالعات کتابخانهای و بررسی میدانی، شامل مشاهده و مصاحبه باز با شهروندان و کارکنان مجموعه گلگهر در سفر پژوهشی پژوهشکده نظر به سیرجان (1404)، گردآوری شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهند گهرپارک، به عنوان مهمترین پروژه گردشگری این مجموعه، در ابعاد اقلیمی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی-هویتی و معنایی از بستر شهر بیگانه است و علیرغم مقیاس بزرگ، پاسخگوی مطالبه واقعی جامعه محلی؛ فراغت همگانی و دسترسی آسان، نیست. در مقابل، ظرفیتهای تاریخی درونبافتی (محور بازار، سراها، کاروانسرها، بناهای تاریخی مرمت شده) بنیانی طبیعی برای رویکردی مکان محور فراهم میآورند. براین اساس، چارچوبی مبتنی بر چهار اصل درونزایی، همگانی بودن، مشارکت جامعه محلی و تقویت هویت مکانی برای برنامهریزی گردشگری سیرجان پیشنهاد میشود. چارچوبی که تحقق آن، در کنار بازتعریف مسیری آیینی مبتنی بر محور بازار، مستلزم ارتقاء «سواد منظر» شهروندان نیز هست Industrial and mining development in resource-based cities frequently disrupts the historical spatial organization and place identity of these urban settlements. The city of Sirjan, historically significant as a caravan trade junction with a place-based spatial structure centered on its bazaar axis, entered a new phase of sudden population growth with the establishment of the Gol-e Gohar industrial-mining complex beginning in the 1990s (1370s SH). This study aims to explain the role of mining development in the transformation of spatial organization and local community demands in Sirjan, and to propose a framework for place-based tourism planning, addressing the question of how place-based development can influence tourism planning. Data were collected through a combination of library-based studies and field research, including observation and open interviews with residents and Gol-e Gohar personnel during a research field trip conducted by the Nazar Research Institute to Sirjan (2025/1404 SH). The findings indicate that Gohar Park, as the complex's most significant tourism project, is alienated from the city's context in climatic, economic, cultural-identity, and semantic dimensions; despite its large scale, it fails to respond to the genuine demand of the local community for accessible, inclusive leisure space. In contrast, the city's historical in-fabric capacities—the bazaar axis, caravanserais, inns (saras), and restored historical buildings—provide a natural foundation for a place-based approach. Accordingly, this study proposes a framework grounded in four principles—endogeneity, inclusivity, local community participation, and the reinforcement of place identity—for tourism planning in Sirjan.
